How does the transformer prevent overheating?
For units 315 kVA and above, we install a digital temperature monitoring system. High-precision sensors embedded in the LV windings provide real-time tracking and will trigger an automatic alarm or trip if thermal limits are exceeded to ensure equipment safety.
Can this dry-type transformer handle temporary overloads?
Yes. Thanks to advanced insulation materials and optimized heat dissipation, the SG(B)10 series can operate safely at 120% overload for extended periods. Under IP23 conditions, it maintains reliable performance even without auxiliary fan cooling.
Is the SG(B)10 transformer safe for indoor use?
